PRICES INCLUDE - rental, VAT, heating, hot
 water, electricity, parking and fishing rights.

 (Guests can fish from our bank as we have
 private fishing rights.)

 Bed linen can be provided at a charge of £5.00
 per person - towels not included.

 The cottages are no smoking.  Sorry no pets.

 N.B. There is a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Payment can be made by cheque, or via the phone
by most debit or credit cards.

A deposit will be needed to secure all bookings,
we also require a refundable security deposit of £50
(please see our usual Terms & Conditions).

Any balance will fall due one month prior to arrival.

Prices quoted are for 2 people only, please contact
us for the cost of a stay for 3 or 4 people.

We close for 2010 on Monday 1st November.
